摘要
文章以自编的教师专业发展自主性调查问卷为工具,随机抽取310名南疆农村中小学少数民族双语教师为样本进行问卷调查,着重分析了双语教师专业发展的自主性状况,对教师自主专业发展的各种影响因素进行了阐释,旨在为促进教师自主地专业发展提出策略和建议。
Based on a questionnaire of autonomous professional development upon 310 ethnic teachers in the rural primary and secondary schools of southern Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the current situation and influen tial factors of autonomous professional development of ethnic bilingual teachers for the purpose of providing strategies and solutions for the autonomous professional development of ethnic bilingual teachers in Xinjiang.
