正交试验优选蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的:采用正交试验法对蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的提取工艺进行优化。方法:采用HPLC法测定蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的含量,并运用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、用量、提取时间和提取次数对蛇鳞草中triphyllin A含量的影响。结果:乙醇用量与提取次数对提取效果有显著意义(P<0.05),综合考虑各因素的影响,确定最佳提取条件为:50倍60%乙醇,提取3次,每次50 min。结论:正交提取优化后,蛇鳞草中triphyllin A的含量水平较前有提高,为蛇鳞草的进一步开发生产奠定基础。 Objective:To optimize the extraction conditions for triphyllin A in Pronephrium triphyllum. Methods:The content of triphyllin A in the Pronephrium triphyllum was determined by HPLC. Concentration and volume of the alcohol, time and times of the ex- traction were assayed by orthogonal test to detect their influences on the extraction rate of triphyllin A in the Prorvephrium triphyllum. Results:Alcohol volume and extraction times had significant influence on the process (P 〈 0. 05 ) while alcohol concentration and extrac- tion time had no effect. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:50 fold 60% alcohol, extraction for 3 times and 50 min for each time. Conclusion:The extration rate of triphyllin A is higher, and the process can be used for the development and production of Pronephrium triphyllum.
