摘要
目的:研究毛冬青根的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH.20凝胶色谱和高效液相色谱等方法对毛冬青根的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:从毛冬青根中分离鉴定了15个化合物,分别为:橄榄苦苷(1)、oleoside dimethyl ester(2)、8(Z).女贞子苷(3)、3,4-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(4)、3,4,5-三咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(5)、异香草酸(6)、丁香酸(7)、38-乙酰齐墩果酸(8)、38-乙酰乌苏酸(9)、乌苏醇(10)、积雪草酸(11)、2a-羟基乌苏酸(12)、齐墩果酸(13)、乌苏酸(14)、豆甾醇.3.0-8-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)。结论:其中,化合物2、3、8、9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5—7、10~12为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents from the roots of llex pubescens. Methods : The 95 % ethanol extract of the plant was separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC chromatography. The structures were elucidated based on the physiochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as oleuropein ( 1 ), oleoside dimethyl ester( 2 ), 8 (Z) -nuezhenide ( 3 ), 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(4 ), 3,4,5-tricaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester ( 5 ), isovanillic acid ( 6), syringic acid ( 7 ), 3]3-acetyloleanolic acid ( 8 ), 3]3-acetylursolic acid ( 9 ), uvaol ( 10 ), asiatic acid ( 11 ), 2a- hydroxyursolic acid ( 12), oleanolic acid ( 13 ), ursolic acid ( 14 ), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 15 ). Conclusion : Compounds 2,3,8,9 are obtained from this genus for the first time,compounds 5 -7,10 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
