摘要
观察中药复方在肿瘤化疗增敏方面的作用。将 6 9例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组用中药复方扶正消瘤液配合化疗进行临床治疗 ,并与单纯化疗组进行对照。两组化疗方法相同。结果 ,治疗组有效率为 31.5 8% ,对照组有效率为 2 2 .5 8% ,统计学处理差异明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗前后 TL c TR、NKc A、s IL-2 R及对照组治疗后相比均有显著性差异。结论 ,中药复方扶正消瘤液对晚期肿瘤化疗有一定的增敏作用。
Objective:To investigate the synergic fuction of the traditional compound medicines FuZheng Eliminating Cancer Juice in the chemiotherapy.Methods:The 69 cases in the malignant tumor progressive stage were divided into two groups randomly.To Contrast and evaluate the curative effect after the treatment used FuZheng Eliminating Cancer Juice and chemiotherapy or only chemiotherapy respectively.The methods of chemiotherapy for them were similar.Results:The efficacy is 31.58% in the group used FuZheng Eliminating Cancer Juice and chemiotherapy,the another group is 22.58%.The statistics shows notable differents of the curative effect( P<0.05 ).TLcTR,NKcA,sIL 2R show notable differents also.Conclusion:The traditional compound medicines FuZheng Eliminating Cancer Juice is a effective synergist in the chemiotherapy for the malignant tumor.
