摘要
校企合作是一种以市场和社会就业需求为导向的教育模式,是学校和企业双方共同参与的人才培养过程。切实开展校企合作,建立校企间良好有效的合作机制,是职教发展的必然趋势,是高技能人才培养的必由之路,也是企业、学校、人才提高竞争力的必经之路。企业的成长离不开学校的大力支持,企业的壮大亦会反哺学校的发展。校企合作,不仅可以提高教育培养人才的力度,也有利于企业的发展壮大,这种"双赢"模式在我国的发展壮大是必然的。
School--enterprise cooperation is a kind of employment market and the needs of the commu- nity -- oriented education, schools and enterprises to participate in the training process. The practical im- plementation of school--enterprise cooperation, establish school--enterprise cooperation mechanism be- tween good and effective, is the inevitable trend of development of vocational education, is the route one must take Cultivating High--skilled talents. Also, the school, the talent to enhance the competitiveness of the only way which must be passed. The future of China＇s economic situation is good, the market in urgent need of professional skills; at the same time, the reform of the education system imminent to be on the a- genda, the traditional education is destined to be innovative. Support the growth of enterprises cannot do without the school, development and growth of enterprises will also be nurturing school. School--enter- prise cooperation, not only improve the education and training of talents, but also conducive to the devel- opment of enterprises, the＂win--win＇mode of development in our country is destined to grow up.
