伤科接骨片对兔骨折骨痂骨矿和生物力学性能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :探讨伤科接骨片促进骨折愈合的机制。方法 :以兔作骨折模型 ,于造模后 2、4周取骨痂 ,采用双能 X线摄影吸收法进行骨矿分析检测其生物力学性能。结果 :用药组骨痂骨矿密度高于对照组 ,P<0 .0 5,有显著性差异。两组的骨矿含量和骨矿面积术后 2周和 4周 ,均无显著性差异 ,P>0 .0 5。骨痂矿化速率 2周前用药组高于对照组 ,2周后用药组低于对照组。术后 4周用药组的生物力学性能优于对照组。结论 :伤科接骨片可以促进实验性骨折骨痂的矿化 ,提高骨痂生物力学性能。 Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of Shangke Jiegu Tablet in promoting the healing of fracture.Methods:The fracture model was made with rabbits.Some bone mineral and biomecanics indexes were detected on the callus at the end of second and fourth week after operation.Results:The value of bone mineral density in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,while there was no significant difference between these two groups.The average rate of mineralization of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group inm the first two weeks and then was lower.We have also observed the callus of the treatment group showed some better biomechanical property at the edn of fourth week.Conclusion:Shangke Jiegu Tablet could promote the mineralization and better biomechanical property of the callus as well.
