摘要
物业行业历经30余年的发展已日趋成熟,现阶段面临转型升级的考验。物业服务企业如何在这个过程中率先垂范、勇于实践,需要企业能力的不断提升。通过分析认为,物业服务企业的转型升级要做到:坚持一个中心,提升两种能力,尝试四条路径。
After more than three decades of development, the property management industry has been increasingly mature, but it in the present phase faces the challenge of transformation and upgrading. In terms of how to play an exemplary role and be bold in practice, companies engaged in property service should enhance their capabilities. Based on an analysis, the paper argues that, during the process of transformation and upgrading, companies should stick to one central task, hoist two kinds of capabilities and try four paths.
