摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是一类重要的转录后调控的非编码单链RNA,在基因表达调控方面具有广泛的作用。miRNA也已逐渐成为生命科学领域的研究热点。近些年miRNA关于骨骼肌发育中的重要调节作用也相继被报道。作者主要对调节骨骼肌发育的一些关键miRNA的研究进行了综述。
microRNA （miRNA） is a important endogenous non-coding single stranded small RNA species, which play an important role in post transcriptional regulation of gene expression. The study on miRNA has become a focus in life science gradually in recent years. The importance of miRNA in regulating skeletal muscle development has been reported recently. This review summarized the researches on some key miRNAs related with skeletal muscle development.
