摘要
旅游业是我国第十二五规划中政府大力倡导发展的产业,它的发展能够带来积极的连动式效应。大学旅游专业双语课教学可培养跨文化交际的旅游管理和服务人才,我国旅游业发展需要1+2(即旅游专业加双语语言)模式的人才。我国旅游资源丰厚,世界闻名,为吸引更多的入境游客,做好入境游客的管理和合理化服务,双语管理和服务人才在行业管理和语言上具有优势。研究和推进我国大学旅游专业双语教学,培养社会需要的双语服务和管理人才,在理论和实践两个方面探讨和完善旅游双语课教学的成果,总结旅游专业双语教学实践。
Tourism is the green industry which has also been the advocacy of the government in the twelfth five-year plan. The positive development in tourism can bring gearing type effect to other industries. Bilingual teaching in tourism can educate the inter-cultural communication talents of tourism management and service. The modal of 1＋2 （means toursm skill and two languages） tourism talents are in need concerning the tourism development. Tourism resources in our country are rich and wellknown. China can attract more tourists if the management and service can be practiced in order for the inbound tourists. Bilingual talents haCe advantages at work for those foreign travelers. The university bilingual education in tourism should be researched and pushed forward to meet the demand of social market. The tourism bilingual teaching should be explored both in theory and practice to summarize the achievement.
