摘要
目的探讨自制鼻腔-鼻窦冲洗器械在鼻内镜鼻窦手术后的应用。方法 146例慢性鼻窦炎患者,完成鼻内镜鼻窦手术以后,应用自制鼻腔-鼻窦冲洗器械经开放的鼻窦开口进行鼻窦盥洗,盥洗后鼻内镜检查术腔情况,术腔喷鼻用皮质激素,经6个月以上系统随访。观察患者术腔及术后预后情况。结果鼻窦术腔上皮化时间约1个月。预后情况:治愈123例,好转19例,有效率97.3%。结论自制鼻腔-鼻窦冲洗器械可以及时准确去除鼻内分泌物及痂皮,促进鼻窦术腔上皮化,患者预后良好。
【Objective】To evaluate the advantages of self-created sinus-washing needles（SSN）during the period of the follow-up after transnasal endoscopic surgery. 【Methods】 Transnasal endoscopic surgery was performed in 146 cases of chronic sinusitis, supported by histopathologic diagnoses and chronic sinusitis stage system of 97 Haikou＇congress. During the period of post-operative follow-up, after washing discharges such as crust and debris and so on in sinus drainage pathway using SSN, the patient sinus was assessed with nasal endoscopy and mini-dissected the adhering and micro-polyps, topical intranasal glucocorticosteriods were used also. Adherence condition, epithelization and infection of nasal mucosa of operative cavities and prognosis were recorded.【Results】Among 146 cases of chronic sinusitis, the period of epithelization of nasal mucosa of surgical field were about 1month, and no serious complications occurred.123 cases were cured, 19 cases were improved, the effective rate was97.3%. 【Conclusion】During the period of follow-up, with the aid of transnasal endoscopic mini-handling as early as possible, SSN is an effective method to facilitate the epithelization of nasal mucosa, and is helpful to preserve the natural outflow tract of sinuses.In our opinion, the method of SSN indicates a good prognosis in the follow-up after endoscopic sinus surgery.
