摘要
目的评价鼻内镜鼻窦手术加下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并肥厚性鼻炎的疗效,并进行总结分析,以提高鼻内镜手术的治疗水平。方法回顾性分析鼻内镜鼻窦手术加下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。结果其中Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)159例,治愈159例(100%);Ⅱ、Ⅲ期60例,治愈48例(80%);Ⅲ型81例,治愈51例(63%)。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术加下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并肥厚性鼻炎的有效、安全。但充分的术前准备是必要的,熟练的手术技巧是成功的关键,规范的术后处理是提高治愈率的关键。
【Objective】To appraise curative effect of nose endoscope treating chronic nasosinusitis and hypertrophic rhinitis cases, and summarize to improve nose endoscope operation treament level. 【Methods】Retrospcect analysis of nose endoscope treating chronic nasosinusitis and hypertrophic rhinitis cases was carried out.【Results】 In which model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ cases, recovered 159 cases （100%）. 60 cases of model Ⅱ, model Ⅲ, recovered 48 cases （80%）, the 81 cases of model Ⅲ, recovered 51 cases （63%）.【Conclusions】Nose endoscope opeartion is the effective method of treating chronic nasosinusitis and hypertrophic rhinitis cases, safe and good. But the former ample skill, skilled opeartion skill that perpares to be necessity is that the crucial, standard skill after treament of opeartion success is the key to raises cure rate.
