摘要
采用金相组织观察法研究了不同浸蚀剂对不同状态的464合金复合材料的合金界面显微组织的影响。结果表明,常用的低浓度混合酸浸蚀剂无法显现3003/313铝合金界面;冷变形态的464铝合金复合材料也无法区别3003/313合金的界面,而采用15%的氟硼酸浸蚀和400℃30 min退火处理后阳极化处理的464铝合金复合材料的3003/313铝合金界面显现得比较明显。
The interface microstructure of 464 composite sheets with different corrosive sol- vent was investigated by metallographic observation. The results show that the interface of 3003/313 aluminium alloys corroded by corrosive solvent of low concentration isn' t clear, the 3003/313 interface of cold rolling 464 composite sheet isn't clear either, but the 3003/313 interface of 464 composite sheet is very clear when corroded by 15% fluoboric acid solvent and anodized after being annealed at 400℃ 30 min.
