摘要
用金相法、电镜观察法研究热处理对0.30C-Cr-W轴承钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,钢中M23C6呈长棒状沿晶界析出,M6C呈椭球状弥散分布,晶内铁素体以板条束的形式存在。淬火温度在一定范围内变化对钢的性能影响不显著,但随回火温度的升高,碳化物尺寸变大、分布改变以及铁素体板条束间距变宽导致钢的强度降低,冲击吸收功升高。
The influence of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0.30C-Cr-W bearing steel were studied by metallographic method and electron microscopy observation. The result shows that long-rod-like M23 C6 mostly precipitates along the grain boundary, simultaneously, the M6C precipitates dispersively as the shape of ellipsoidal and the lath ferrite exists in the intragranular. Quenching temperature changing within a certain range has little effect on the mechanical properties of the steel, however, when the tempering temperature is elevated, the size of carbides and ferrite lath grow up which result in the decrease of the intensity and the increase of the impact absorbed energy.
