摘要
探讨粘胶莱赛尔改性涤纶混纺纱的生产工艺。针对混纺各组分纤维的性能特点,分析了纤维应采用的混和方法以确保多组分纤维有效混和,通过清棉工序降低打手速度以减少纤维损伤;梳棉工序选用配套针布,优选工艺参数时兼顾纤维梳理和纤维损伤;并条工序采用三道混并工艺,加强混和作用和确保混纺比准确;优化配置粗纱和细纱工序的定量、捻度、速度和隔距等工艺参数,最终成功纺出粘胶莱赛尔改性涤纶混纺纱,其成纱质量满足了使用要求。
Processing parameters of viscose lyocell modified polyester blended yarn were discussed. According to each blended fiber properties ,fiber blending method was analyzed to ensure effective blending. Fiber injury was reduced by adopting lower beater speed in picking process. Matched card clothing was selected in carding process, both fiber car- ding and injury should be considered in optimizing parameter. In drawing process, three times drawing was adopted to strengthen blending effect and ensure blending ratio accurately. Weight per unit, twist, speed and gauge in roving and spinning process were optimized. Finally viscose lyocell modified polyester blended yarn can be spun successfully, use demands of the yarn oualitv can be reached.
