摘要
利用棉纺设备开发半精梳毛/棉针织纱,纱线的质量不匀率和条干不匀率较差,极易造成针织品横档或织物表面平整度差。分析了毛/棉混纺纱针织产品产生横档的主要原因,并在开发过程中优化工艺配置,加强生产管理和采取相应的技术措施,提高了条干均匀度以减少针织产品横档。
In the development of semi combed wool/cotton blended knitting yarn on cotton spinning equipment, the formed yarn shows poor evenness in quality, which easiiy causes barres and unevenness of its knitted fabric. The main causes leading to barres of knitted fabric made of wool and cotton blended yarn are analyzed in the paper. And an optimized processing arrangement, strengthening of production management and related technical measures are the main factors to improve the yarn evenness to reduce barres of its knitted fabric.
