摘要
探讨粗纱法生产AB纱的工艺技术措施。依据针织物表面质量及风格要求,采用粗纱法生产AB纱,通过一系列技术措施的实施,最终批量生产出满足使用要求的JC18.6 tex AB针织纱。认为此类品种除确保各工序纺纱质量外,其关键技术主要在于选择不同颜色的粗纱和熟条喂入粗纱机纺制粗纱;对粗纱机高架进行改造,增加两列吊锭以确保A组分粗纱顺利退绕;将单口喇叭口改装成双口喇叭口,以确保粗纱与熟条互不干涉地进入牵伸区并使其纵向均匀搭配;在原操作法的基础上对操作要点进行优化和改进。
Processing technology measures of producing AB yarn by roving method were discussed. According to knitting fabric surfaee quality and style demand, AB yarn produced by roving method was adopted. JC 18.6 rex AB knit- ting yarn meeting demand can be produced successfully through adopting a series of technology measures. It is consid- ered that besides ensuring spinning quality in each process, the key technologies of this yarn is selecting one color roving and another color drawing sliver, and then feeding into roving machine together. Roving machine is modified, two rows suspended spindle are increased to ensure roving unwinding successfully, single trumpet is changed into double trumpets to ensure noninterference between roving and drawing sliver in entering draft zone and longitudinal even, operational key points are optimized and modified on the base of original operational method.
