摘要
通过多年生产实践经验的总结得出 :由于新疆棉产区的特殊自然条件使新疆棉具有色泽白、品级高、纤维细长等特点 ,并指出不同产地的新疆棉纤维性能亦有一定差距。介绍了在使用新疆棉时 ,防止生产过程中的“三绕”现象 ,减少产生棉结和防止成纱色差的经验。
According to the practical experience on production,this paper obtained that,because of the special nature condition on Xinjiang cotton origin,the cotton had the performance of white color,high grade and delaine fibre,and pointed out that,the performance of Xinjiang cotton fibre had some differences in varied orgin place.This paper introduced the experiences in using xinjiang cotton,i.e,preventing the cotton from three winding in production,decreasing the neps and preventing the yarn from color deviating.
