利用气相色谱质谱法测定棉花中杀虫剂残留量 被引量:3

摘要 探讨气相色谱-质谱法用于同时检测棉花中8种残留杀虫剂的检测效果。采用丙酮-正己烷(1+1,V/V)超声萃取法提取棉花中的杀虫剂残留物,将提取液定容后用气相色谱-质谱进行分析。结果表明:采用气相色谱-质谱法同时测试棉花中8种杀虫剂,杀虫剂浓度在0.2μg/mL^5.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系;该方法平均回收率在91.8%~107.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差在1.95%~4.69%。认为气相色谱-质谱法可用于棉花中8种杀虫剂残留的同时测定。 Test effect of applying gas chromatography mass spectrometry to test eight kinds of insecticide residues simultaneously in cotton was discussed. Insecticide residues in cotton was extracted by acetone & N-hexane (1 + 1, V/V) uhrasonieation extraction method. Extract volume was determined then gas chromatography mass spectrometry was used to analyze. The result shows that in testing eight kinds of insecticide residues in cotton by gas chromatography mass spec- trometry,linear relationship between insecticide concentration and peak area is better when insecticide concentration is in O. 2μg/mL to 5.0 μg/mL. Average recovery of the above method is 91.8% to 107.8% ,relative standard deviation of the tested result is 1.95% to 4.69%. It is considered that it is feasible to test eight kinds of insecticide residues simul- taneously in cotton by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.
