棉花中脱叶剂噻苯隆检测方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 以乙腈为提取液,通过离心净化,C18柱为分析柱,乙腈与磷酸盐溶液为流动相,在286nm的检测波长下,建立了用高效液相色谱法定量测定棉花中噻苯隆残留量的新方法。检测结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,检出限为0.05μg/mL,回收率为81.3%~94.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.15%~4.37%。文章不仅建立了简便、快速、准确的棉花中噻苯隆残留量的检测方法,同时对该方法的准确度和精密度等进行了较为全面的评价,为制定国家棉花中噻苯隆残留量的检测方法标准提供了依据,奠定了基础。 A method for determining residue of defoliant-thidiazuron in cotton was developed by HPLC.The thidiazuron residue in cotton was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by centrifuge.The quantification of thidiaxuron residue was established by HPLC equipped with a C 18 column and 286 nm wavelength detector and using acetonitrile and phosphate buffer as flow phase.It was found that this method featured high accuracy and sensitivity,and the limits of detection were 0.05μg/mL with average recovery among 81.3%~94.5%at different spiking level.The relative standard deviation of the compounds in spiked sample were 3.15%~4.37% respectively.This method was simple and fast in operation,and also showed high sensitivity and extraction efficiency,it could be a base for developing a standard detection method about thidiazuron in cotton.
