摘要
本文认为近年来中国法理学发展呈现良好态势 ,已从旧模式和教科书体系中解放出来 ,关注现实 ,并已形成若干带学术流派倾向的学术群 ,但也存在学术发展总结不足和学科建设不足等问题。文章着重从学科层次、价值取向、层次间的中介联系、体用关系等方面探讨了基础研究与应用研究的关系。
The article had the opinion that,being relieved from the old model and textbook system,the development of the Chinese jurisprudence in recent years has showed itself in a better state with emphasis on the reality,and academic groups with the characteristics of academic schools have been formed,while problems such as lack of development summarization and insufficient establishment of branches of learning are still existed.The article also explored the relationship between the basic study and applied research from the gradation of subjects,value selection,intermediate connections among levels of subjects,and relations of substance and formality.
