摘要
质量功能展开(QFD)是基于顾客需求的设计方法,文章以朝阳地区的纺织企业员工为样本,将QFD技术引入组织隐性知识共享策略的设计中,以隐性知识共享过程中的员工需求为出发点,通过由员工需求规划转化为控制策略的质量屋,证明QFD设计方法在知识管理中的有效性。通过将员工知识共享需求逐步转换为组织知识共享策略,实现了员工需求和组织隐性知识共享策略的有效对接,最后对具体实施隐性知识共享提出了一些有益建议。
Quality Function Development (QFD) is a design method based on customers' requirements. This paper selects the employees of textile enterprises in Chaoyang district as the sample to introduce the technique of QFD into the design of organizational tacit knowledge sharing strategies, and takes the employees' requirements in the tacit knowledge sharing process as the starting point and uses the house of quality resulting from transferring employees' requirements programming to controlling strategies to prove the effectiveness of the design method of QFD in knowledge management. The paper realizes the effective interconnection between employees' requirements and organizational tacit knowledge sharing strategies by gradually converting employees' knowledge sha- ring requirements to organizational knowledge sharing strategies, and finally puts forward some useful suggestions on the concrete implementation of tacit knowledge sharing.
