摘要
文章首先建立起虚拟社区知识共享影响因素分析体系,提出从拓展虚拟社区技术平台、完善虚拟社区基本功能、建立虚拟社区内部规则、创造虚拟社区文化氛围4种途径构建虚拟社区知识共享激励机制;进而构建虚拟社区影响因素理论模型,揭示自我效能、个人结果预期、社区导向结果预期、关系、护面子、争面子因素对知识共享意愿的影响关系,选择小木虫论坛管理版进行实证研究,讨论验证虚拟社区知识共享激励机制的方法与路径。
This paper firstly establishes an analytical system of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in virtual community, and constructs the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in virtual community by adopting 4 approaches, namely, developing the technical platform of virtual community, perfecting the basic functions of virtual community, formulating the internal rules of vir- tual community and creating the cultural atmosphere of virtual community. The paper further constructs the theoretical model of in- fluencing factors of virtual community, discloses the influences of the factors such as self-efficacy, personal outcome expectation, community-oriented outcome expectation, relations, saving face and contending for face on willingness to share knowledge, selects the emuch BBS Management for empirical study, and discusses the method and path for validating the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in virtual community.
