摘要
本文详细研究了近波数区(20cm^(-1)附近)对二氯苯喇曼谱峰背比与激光喇曼分光计中杂散光的定量关系,并在此基础上提出了一种测试激光喇曼分光计中杂散光的半定量方法。
In this paper, the quantitative relationship betweem the peak-to background ratio of C_6H_4Cl_(12) Raman scatter peak about 20cm^(-1) and the stray light in a laser Raman spectrometer are studied in detail, and on the basic, we have suggested a semi-quantitation method of tesing stray light in a laser Raman spectrometer.
