摘要
采用问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,探讨教练领导行为、运动员对教练员的信任、团队凝聚力三者之间的关系,重点检验信任对教练领导行为与凝聚力的中介作用。研究发现:民主的教练领导行为对团队凝聚力的4个层面具有显著正向影响,专制的教练领导行为影响不显著;民主的教练领导行为能正向预测运动员对教练员的信任,专制的教练领导行为对信任产生显著的负向影响;运动员对教练员的信任对于团队凝聚力有显著正向影响;教练领导行为对于团队凝聚力的影响,是通过运动员对教练员信任这一中介变量实现的。
The study, based on the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, discussed the coach ' s leadership behaviors, the athlete' s trust in the coach and the team cohesion as well as the relationship among them. And the focus is on the mediation function of trust in the aspects of the coach' s leadership behaviors and cohesion. The results show that democratic leadership behaviors influenced team cohesion positively in 4 layers, but no significant effect was found for the coach' s authoritarian leadership behaviors. Democratic leadership behaviors can positively predict the athlete' s trust in the coach while authoritarian behaviors may produce negative effect on the trust. The athlete' s trust in the coach can significantly produce positive influence on team cohesion. And the influence of coach' s leadership behaviors on team cohesion is achieved by way of the mediation, the athlete' s trust in the coach.
