摘要
采用问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,探讨了变革型领导行为、体育课满意感及持续体育锻炼意愿三个变量间的关系。结果显示:领导魅力(C.R=2.551,P=0.011<0.05)、个性关怀(C.R=2.108,P=0.035<0.05)及智力激励(C.R=4.516,P=0.000<0.001)对体育课满意感具有显著正向影响(解释率为37%);体育课满意感对促进持续体育锻炼意愿(C.R=8.212,P=0.000<0.001)具有显著正向预测作用(解释率为18%)。另外,通过Bootstrap法中介检验表明:体育课满意感在领导魅力(Biar-Corrected 95%置信区间值为0.057~0.308;Percentile 95%置信区间值为0.015~0.311)、智力激励(Biar-Corrected 95%置信区间值为0.015~0.261;Percentile 95%置信区间值为0.053~0.245)与持续体育锻炼意愿间具有中介作用,且属于完全中介(领导魅力Biar-Corrected 95%置信区间值为-0.440~0.302;Percentile 95%置信区间值为-0.439~0.304)(智力激励Biar-Corrected 95%置信区间值为-0.156~0.348;Percentile 95%置信区间值为-0.177~0.333)。综上表明,高校体育教师应该时刻以身作则、严格要求自我并时刻关爱学生,通过不断提升学生的课堂满意感,进而间接促进学生自觉养成日后持续参加体育锻炼的良好意愿。
In this study,the authors used questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the relationship between the three variables of transformational leadership behavior,sense of satisfaction with physical education and continuous desire for physical exercise. The results showed that there was no significant difference in leadership charisma(CR = 2. 551,P = 0. 011〈 0. 05),personality care(CR = 2. 108,P = 0. 035 〈0. 05) and intellectual motivation(CR = 4.516,(Satisfaction rate of 37%). Physical education class satisfaction has a significant positive predictive value for the promotion of continuous physical activity(CR = 8. 212,P = 0. 000 〈0. 001) 18%). In addition,the Bootstrap method shows that the sense of satisfaction of PE class is the leading charm(Biar-Corrected 95% confidence interval is 0. 057 ~ 0. 308;Percentile 95% confidence interval is 0. 015 ~ 0. 311)(Biar-Corrected 95% Confidence Interval 0. 015 ~ 0. 261;Percentile95% Confidence Interval 0. 053 ~ 0. 245) and the ongoing desire for physical activity play an intermediary role,and belongs to the complete intermediary(Leadership Charm Biar-The Corrected 95% Confidence Interval is-0. 440 ~ 0. 302;Percentile 95% Confidence Interval is-0. 439 ~ 0. 304)(Intelligence Incentive Biar-Corrected 95% Confidence Interval is-0. 156 ~ 0. 348;Percentile 95% confidence interval is-0. 177 ~ 0. 333). To sum up,colleges and universities should always set an example for PE teachers,strict self-discipline and caring students,through continuous improvement of students' sense of class satisfaction,which indirectly promote students to consciously develop their good intentions to continue participating in physical exercises in the future.
