摘要
目前非政府组织参与大型体育赛事运作的功能表现为民意支持、氛围营造、决策咨询和服务提供等,然而非政府组织参与大型体育赛事运作还存在诸如积极性不高、意识不强等问题。据此提出对策:赛事组织者应充分认识非政府组织的作用,提高非政府组织的专业化能力,为非政府组织提供信息和资金等支持,架起非政府组织与赞助企业沟通的桥梁;同时颁布相关政策、法规支持非政府组织参与赛事运作。
At present non-government organizations play important roles in the fields of public support, atmosphere creation, decision- making consultation and service supply, etc. However, there exist such problems as inactiveness and weak awareness in its participating in major sport events. Therefore the strategies are put forward in this study： the roles of non-government organizations in the operation of major sport events should be fully recognized; specialized ability should be improved; information and funding support should be provided; the bridge between non-government organizations and sponsored enterprises should be built up; and policies and regulations should be promulgated to encourage non- government organizations＇ participating in sport events.
