摘要
农村体育是我国群众体育发展的薄弱环节。提升农村群众体育水平,构建多元化的农村体育服务体系,服务农民大众,为农民提供体育公共产品和体育竞赛活动服务,是建设社会主义新农村体育服务体系的主要目标。在社会主义市场经济条件下,引入非政府组织参与农村体育服务体系建设,构建完善的农村体育服务体系,为新农村体育服务体系建设开辟新的途径。
Rural area sports is the weak link during the development of Chinese Mass Sports. Improving the level of mass sports in rural area, constructing the multielemental sports service system for rural area, serving peasant people, providing the sports common products and service are the main targets of sports service system for new countryside in socialism society. Under the background of socialism market economy, leading the non - governmental organization into rural sports service system construction and perfecting the rural sports serving system are the new ways for choice.
