摘要
目的为更好研究AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊椎损伤所起到的作用和疗效。方法选择我院49例胸腰椎骨折合并脊椎损伤的患者在经过AF系统内固定治疗的术前、术后的临床表现以及其检查结果比较和2年的随访。结果患者的椎管都出现了有效矢状径,椎体的Cobb角、前后缘高度等得到明显的改善。结论 AF系统内固定治疗法有简单、方便的操作流程,且固定效果颇佳,疗效较好,是目前治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊椎损伤的较好的内固定设备。
Objective To explore the methods and clinic effectible of AF internal fixation system used in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture. Methods Selecting 49 cases of thoracolumbar fractures treated with the AF replacement, integral fixation and selective decom- pression,before and after operation, and the examination. Results Sagittal diameter, Cobb Angle, and fanterior and trailing edge height were improved significantly. Conclusion AF fixation system has simple and convenient operating process, with good fixation and treatment effect. It is the good fixation instrument of the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injury.
