组织视角的价值观扩散:概念、模型与模拟 被引量:1

摘要 组织的核心价值观被组织成员所接受,进而成为组织共享价值观,是一个组织内价值观自顶而下、由点到面的扩散过程。从组织视角研究价值观扩散的概念模型与扩散过程问题,将组织价值观扩散现象分为组织认同和价值观冲突、"网络结构对等"视角的价值观扩散和非正式组织的价值观扩散三阶段复杂系统决策问题,提出了组织价值观扩散过程模型—DMOV概念模型,并通过多主体建模技术ABMS实现了组织价值观扩散的数据模拟与过程仿真。
