摘要
大学组织与生俱来具有学术属性和行政属性,二者在基本价值取向上存在着固有的矛盾,然而,二者的客观合理性和局限性以及共存是客观事实。大学遵从学术逻辑的学术价值观,同时形成对管理和效率的尊重,这是大学组织二维性矛盾面临的问题。制度场域—惯习理论认为制度场域对其场域内的惯习有着独特的塑造作用,而惯习也会反过来对场域有重构的作用力。大学的学术精神和管理理念需要在确立科学性之后确立它们的"场",并在场的深层思想下逐渐形成惯习,从而达到场域和惯习相契合,最终实现大学组织二维属性的和解。
University as an organization has the duality of being both academic and administrative. It is true that the two attributes conflict with each other in terms of fundamental values however, that they actually have their rationality, limitations and coexistence is an objective reality. Those universities pursue their academic value by following academic logic and meanwhile show their respect for administration and efficiency is a critical issue. The theory of field-habitus holds that the institutional field shapes its internal habitus, and the habitus in turn has a reconstructing power over the field. After the scientificity is established, the academic spirit, together with the administrative ideology, needs to set up their fields which provide the soil for the shaping of habitus. In this way the field and the habitus can fit in with each other and the university＇s organizational duality is thus expected to be reconciled.
