摘要
目的：观察火针配合耳穴压豆治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法：将122例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组（61例）和对照组（61例），治疗组采用火针配合耳穴压豆治疗，对照组采用单纯电针治疗，比较两组临床疗效及疼痛程度。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：火针配合耳穴压豆治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著，方法简便，有利于在基层医院推广使用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of fire needle combined with auricular point compression for post-herpetic neuralgia. Methods：122 cas-es of post-herpetic neuralgia patients were randomly divided into treatment group （61 cases） and control group （61 cases）, the treatment group treated by fire needle combiend with auricular point compression, while the control group by only electro-acupuncture treatment, compared the efficacy and degree of pain of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the VAS score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fire needle combined with auricular point compression has significant curative effect on post-herpetic, the operation is easy, so it＆#39;s conducive to the promotion and application in primary hospital.
