摘要
目的探讨中药保留灌肠联合神阙穴贴敷治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性溃疡性结肠炎的患者分为两组,治疗组56例采用中药保留灌肠联合神阙穴贴敷治疗,对照组60例采用中药保留灌肠治疗,观察两组治愈率和有效率。结果治疗组治愈率和有效率分别为58.9%和89.3%,对照组治愈率和有效率分别为35.0%和76.7%,两组治愈率和有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷神阙穴联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,尤其适合基层医院推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema and acupoint shenque in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods The patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups randomly, 56 cases in the treatment group were used Chinese Medicine retention enema and acupoint shenque, and the cases in the control group were used Chinese Medicine retention enema, then observed the cure rate and the effective rate. Results The curd rate and effective rate in the treatment group were 58.9% and 89.3%, in the control group, the cure rate and the effective rate were 35.0% and 76.7%, compared the cure rate and the effective rate in the two groups, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine retention enema and acupoint shenque in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis is effec- tive.It is especially suitable to popularize and applicate in basic hospitals.
