摘要
目的:经过分析养老机构老年人康复治疗服务的实际需求和业务流程,建立康复治疗服务信息系统运行开发平台,为养老机构的康复治疗服务提供一个自动化的操作平台,实现养老康复服务手段多途径化,更好地为老年人服务。方法:采用文献分析法,通过查阅大量文献资料和实地调研,结合软件工程的思想,在明确了系统项目背景及需要面对的问题后,确定康复治疗服务信息系统应用范围,完成了系统的需求分析。采用面向对象的方法,详细分析并阐述了系统架构和功能设计。结果:以实用性、安全性、可扩展性等为目标,确定选用J2EE框架,采用B/S/S三层体系架构,构建老年人康复治疗服务信息系统的方案。在功能架构设计中,分析了系统的功能组成,介绍了系统的运行和开发平台,并根据服务功能对业务领域进行了划分,分析信息系统在老年康复治疗服务工作中的运用。结论:通过建立康复治疗服务信息系统,达到减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率、整合医疗资源、积累医疗知识、降低操作差错、改善治疗服务质量、提高服务水平,辅助临床决策的目的,同时为各级医院和养老机构加强康复治疗队伍建设、配置管理康复治疗技术人才、完善老年人康复治疗机制,提供信息技术手段和决策支持数据。
Objective：Through the analysis of the elderly in nursing home rehabilitation service needs and the actual business processes, establish the operation platform of rehabilitation service information system, provide an automatic operation platform for the rehabilitation service pension agency, old-age rehabilitation service means the multi ways, better services for the elderly.Methods：By means of literature analysis, through the consult massive literature materials and field research, combined with the idea of software engineering, the system project background and need to face the problem, determine the rehabilitation service information system application, complete the system requirements analysis. Using object-oriented method, the detailed analysis and describes the system architecture and functional design.Results：The utility, safety, expansibility and so on as the goal, determine the selection of the J2EE framework, using B/S/S three layer architecture, construction of the elderly rehabilitation service information system. In the functional architecture design, analyzed the function of the system, introduces the development and runtime platform system, and according to the service functions of the business has been divided, analysis of information system in geriatric rehabilitation treatment using the service in the work of. Conclusion：Through the establishment of rehabilitation service information system, to reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, integration of medical resources, medical knowledge accumulation, reduce operation error, improve the quality of services, improve service levels, to assist clinical decision-making purposes, as wel as al levels of hospitals and nursing institutions to strengthen the rehabilitation team construction, allocation of talent, management of rehabilitation therapy improve the therapeutic mechanism of rehabilitation for the elderly,provide the means of information technology and decision support data.
