摘要
居家养老是适应我国人口老龄化和家庭结构变化的必然之举,以社区居家养老服务为中心的都市养老服务体系建设是我国都市养老服务的必然选择,而信息化养老是使养老服务节约社会资源和具有可管可控性的基础保障。本文论述了针对我国都市养老服务体系建设的信息系统设计,分析了系统构成和实施策略。
Home care is an inevitable solution to adapt to our aging population and the changes in family structure.The construction of city pension system which takes community home care as the center is inexorable choice provided for the aged in the city,and information services for home care can save social resource and have a manageable basis for protection of controllability.This paper discusses the view of the urban old-age service system in information system＇s design,analyzes the system structure and implementation strategy.
