摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)仪对合金化热镀锌(GA)板漏镀缺陷进行了分析。结果表明,导致漏镀的主要原因是带钢表面碳沉积,氧化锌粘附以及表面残留有轧制油。
Plating miss defect of galvanealed （GA） steel strip was analyzed by SEM , EDS and XPS.The results show that the main reasons for the plating miss of the GA steel strip are as follows：carbon deposits on the surface , the adhesion of zinc oxide and the residual rolling oil .
