连续镀锌板镀层粘附性不良的研究 被引量:6

Study on imperfect adhesion of coating on continuously galvanized strip

摘要 利用SEM-EDS、EPMA等手段对连续镀锌板镀层组织和成分进行了分析。结果表明:带钢表面碳沉积,镀层中出现铁锌中间相,镀层分层,镀层中夹杂固体杂质,钢板表面过度氧化等是导致镀层粘附性不良的主要原因。 The coating microstructure and composition of continuously galvanized strip were analyzed by SEM-EDS and EPMA. The results showed that carbon precipitation on strip surface, formation of Fe-Zn intermetallic phases in coating, layered coating, solid impurities in coating and excessive oxidation of steel strip surface are the major reasons for imperfect adhesion of coating on continuously galvanized strip.
