摘要
目的探讨冠心病采用曲关他嗪治疗的临床观察及护理。方法选择医院心血管科2012年8月至2013年8月收治的冠心病患者100例，采用数字表抽取法随机分为两组，比较常规治疗与加用曲美他嗪治疗效果，并就针对性护理展开分析。结果观察组总有效率为98％，对照组为78％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与治疗前比较，两组治疗前左室射血分数无差异，治疗后均有改善，观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论冠心病采用曲美他嗪治疗，可显著提高临床效果，改善心功能，同时加强针对性护理干预．可提高患者医护依从．加快疾病好转进程．具有非常重要的实施价值．为患者生存质量的改善提供保障．
objective to investigate the coronary heart disease by trimetazidine treatment clinical observation and nursing.Methods the selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） as the research object,all are our hospital cardiovascular division in August 2012 to August 2013 were analyzed,adopting digital table extraction method randomized,conventional treatment and combined with trimetazidine treatment effect comparison,analysis and the corresponding nursing.Results observation group by the statistics in the total effective rate was 98%,control group statistics was 78%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before treatment,the two groups before treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction no difference,also had an improved after treatment,the observation group is better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion coronary heart disease by trimetazidine treatment^can significantly improve the clinical effect and improve heart function,strengthen pertinence nursing intervention at the same time,can improve the patients＂ medical compliance,to accelerate the process of disease better,the implementation of the has very important value,which guarantees the improvement of the patients quality of life.
