摘要
将碎石化结构层分为上、中、下三层来构建有限元模型,深入分析了碎石化后,旧水泥路面上水泥混凝土加铺层的应力及其在不同参数下的变化情况,并给出了应力诺模图,并在试验路段进行了验证。结果表明:将碎石化层分为三层来构建分析模型是合理的,加铺厚度、脱空尺寸和碎石化下部模量等因素对水泥混凝土路面板结构应力计算结果影响很大。
The rubblized layer was divided into three in order to build the finite element model. The nomogram of stress was obtained following a thorough analysis on the stress of cement concrete overlay on rubblized old cement concrete pavement and its variation under various parameters, and was verified on test road. The result indicates that it is a proper way to build the analytic model by dividing the rubblized layer into three; factors such as overlay thickness, void size and lower modulus of rubblized layer have significant impact on the calculation of structural stress of cement concrete pavement slab.
