摘要
农村公路是公路网的基础，是农村地区最主要的出行方式，是关系到农民群众的生产、生活，关系到农村全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的重要基础设施。农村公路建设是党中央、国务院解决“三农”问题，加快农业和农村经济发展的战略部署；是进一步加强县际、县乡、乡村农村公路建设，加快区域公路网络通达深度和通畅能力，提高农民收入，改善农村生活条件的主要措施 。
Aimed at problems existing during construction of rural highway pavement,relevant construction technologies and techniques of rural highway pavement are heavily discussed in combination with common structure types of rural highway pavement, and suggestions for construction quality control are proposed.
