摘要
本文介绍了自装的PDA光谱仪的性能、元素检测限、线性范围,并探讨了用该装置进行内标法定量分析、背景自动扣除、用光纤探针测量等离子体温度分布等几方面的应用。
The analytical performance and application of a laboratory-constructed photodiode array spectrometer (PDAS) for ICP-AES in various fields are presented. The detection limits for Zn, Co, Mn, Fe, Al, Ga, Cu, Ba, Na, K, Y, and Pr were in the range of 0.002—0.1mg/L. Quantitative analyses based on internal standard method have been developed for Al and Ti using Ga as internal standard. Appropriate tine pairs can be easily selected and simultaneously measured with such a PDAS. A number of background spectra generated by typical matrices have been collected. Artificial intelligent background correction program is being developed. Measurement of temperature spatial distribution in ICP source by optical fibre has been developed using this PDAS.
