摘要
研制了适用于高压液相色谱流出组分检测的石英毛细管流动光声池,池体积15μl,灵敏度好。与高压液相色谱连用,对3,4苯并[α]芘和联苯的检测限分别为0.3和2ng。
A capillary flow cell optimized for laser induced photoacousfic detection of HPLC effluent is described in this paper. The cell with 15μl sample volume has good sensitivity. Application of this cell to monitoring HPLC effluent is demostrated. The detection limit for the 3,4 benzo [α] pyrene and biphenyl is 0.3 and 2ng, respectively.
