摘要
研制了适用于 HPLC 流出组分检测的微型流动光声池,池体积3.8μl。与 HPLC 联用检测了多核芳烃混合物。对3,4苯并[a]芘和联苯的检检限分别为5及30ng。
A small photoacoustie flow cell which can be used for monitoring of HPLC effluentis is described in this paper.The cell volume is 3.8μl.The application of cell to the detection of polynuclear hydrocarbon in HPLC effluent is demostrated.The detectable limit is 5 and 30 ng for 3,4 benzo[a]pyrene and biphenyl respectively.
