摘要
本文研究了以流动注射进样的ICP-AES分析方法和NaCl的基体效应。0.25-2.5%NaCl对11个元素的影响结果表明,FI进样可克服常规连续雾化的信号漂移,从而改善了测量精度。不同功率下的NaCl基体的影响不同。结果表明,NaCl的基体效应主要存在于气溶胶微粒在ICP中的蒸发—原子化—激发过程。
A method of ICP-AES combined with flow injection (FI) sample introduction was described. Sample dispersion was reduced by the use of mini-cyclone spray chamber, and dispersion coefficient was about 1.6 by injection 150μl sample. One sec. integ, time gave higher signal intensities but poorer RSD, and 25 sec. integ, time gave better RSD but lower intensities, both cases above resulted in pooper DL. Better RSD and DL were obtianed with 5 or 10 sec. integ. time. 5 sec. integ. time was used in the present work, Matrix effects of NaCl on 11 elements were investigated. Results showed that (1) flow injection could reduce analytical signal drift, and improve determination reproducibility. (2) matrix effects of NaCl varied with different RF power and it could be concluded that the matrix effect of NaCl mainly existed in cvaporation-atomization-excitation process in the ICP.
