摘要
本文应用探针恒温原子化技术,结合固体悬浮液进样,研究了较难挥发元素锡的分析性能。结果表明,探针技术结合悬浮液进样适用于地质样品中锡的直接测定,方法的灵敏度为8.6×10~^(-11)g锡,RSD为3.0-6.4%,标准样品的测定结果与推荐值相符。
The analytical performance of tin is investigated in this paper through a combination of probe atomisation and slurry sampling technique in GFAAS using a home-made autoprobe system. It is found from the results that the trace tin in geological samples can be determined using direct slurry sampling with the calibration curve of aqueous standards. A sensitivity of 8.6×10^(-11)g Sn and a satisfactory precision, RSD of 3.0—6.4%, are obtained. The analytical results of reference samples conform to the recommended values.
