摘要
本文介绍一种不需分解样品直接测定地质样品中锑的快速方法,样品以固体悬浮液形式进样,探针原子化技术测定,对锑的探针灰化和原子化特性,基体背景的干扰及消除以及原子化机理等进行了研究。方法的检测限为4.5×10^(-11)g锑,RSD为2.3%~5.3%,参考样品的测定结果与推荐值相符。
In this paper a new method for determining Sb in geological samples is presented in which probe atomisation technique using self-made autoprobe system and slurry sampling technique are employed. Characteristics of ashing and atomizing, interferences of matrix and bcakground and mechanism of atom formation for Sb were studied. RSD of Sb determination with the method is 2.3~5.3% and detection limit is 4.5×10^(11)g Sb. Analytical results of direct slurry sampling of reference samples conform to the recommended values.
