摘要
目的:探讨腰臀比(WHR)与人体反应速度的相关性。方法:收集8 630例健康体检者的体检资料,对WHR和反应时进行相关性检验和线性回归分析。结果:成年男性与女性的WHR分别为0.89±0.05、0.87±0.05;反应时分别为(0.45±0.05)、(0.46±0.05)s;无论男女,WHR与反应时均具有相关性(分别r=0.071、1.003,均P<0.05)。对于WHR升高的男性和女性,反应速度与WHR的直线回归方程分别为Y=0.380 7+0.075x、Y=0.320 9+0.156 9x。结论:WHR与反应速度具有一定相关性。男女WHR每升高0.1,反应时分别会增加0.007 5 s、0.015 7 s;WHR升高会导致身体素质下降,须预防WHR升高。
Objective: To explore the relationgship of waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) and human reaction speed. Methods: Eight thousand six hundred thirty cases of healthy information were collected, correlation test and linear regression analysis of WHR and reaction time were made. Results: Adult male and female WHR were 0.89 ± 0.05, 0.87 ±0.05 respectively ; reaction time was (0.45 ± 0.05 ) seconds, (0.46 - 0.05 ) seconds respectively. No matter men or women, WHR and reaction time correlated significantly ( r = 0.071, r = 1. 003, P 〈 0. 05 ). The men and women who WHR elevated linear regression equation of reaction speed and WHR was Y = 0. 380 7 + 0. 075x, Y = 0. 320 9 + 0. 156 9x respectively. Conclusion: WHR is related to reaction speed. For men or women, WHR increasing 0.1, reacting time will increase O. 007 5 seconds, 0. 015 7 seconds. WHR elevating will lead to physical decline, which should be prevented.
