摘要
以总抗氧化力、清除羟自由基(·OH)能力、(DPPH·)的清除能力为指标,对复合酶法超声辅助和超高压处理提取2种不同方法提取所得的高寒香菊花粗多糖进行了体外抗氧化性比较研究。结果表明,超高压处理提取的高寒香菊花粗多糖的抗氧化性远远高于复合酶法超声辅助法。
The antioxidant activity in vitro of crude polysaccharide from Coreopsis basalis flower extracted by ultrasound-assisted compound enzymolysis method and ultra-high pressure (UHP) treatment respectively was evaluated with total antioxidant capacity, hydroxyl radical (. OH) capacity and (DPPH.) removal capacity as index. The result showed that the antioxidant activity of crude polysaccharide from Coreopsis basalis flower extracted by ultra-high pressure treatment (UHP) was far higher than that of ultrasound-assisted compound enzymolysis method.
