胸腔镜肺减容术治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿30例临床研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胸腔镜肺减容术治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,分析我院2011年5月至2013年6月收治的30例行胸腔镜肺减容术治疗的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床资料。结果 30例患者均手术顺利,气促症状改善明显。未发生切口感染、呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭等并发症,患者均恢复良好。结论胸腔镜下肺减容术能够有效缓解慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的呼吸困难等症状,改善患者的生活质量,具有一定的临床意义。
