摘要 上世纪九十年代初开始，随着电视胸腔镜的出现和影像成像等技术的快速发展，胸部微创外科技术步人了快速发展通道，微创手术范围不断扩大，医患群体的认可和接受程度逐年增高。二十年后的今天，胸腔镜微创手术已日益成为胸外科临床上应用最广的手术方式，毫无疑问。胸腔镜微创手术是胸外科界革命性的里程碑式的进步!与此同时，胸腔镜下肺癌微创手术技术亦在不断发展，时至今日，胸腔镜手术中相对难度最高的全胸腔镜下肺癌微创手术亦得到世界范围内的公认和推荐，可能是目前最佳的肺癌微创手术方式。
