摘要
目的总结本院门急诊处方点评和合理用药分析,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法,对本院2012年的门急诊处方点评做一个总结性调查,根据《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》对得到的数据资料进行分类、统计、分析。结果本院处方总体表现良好,使用抗菌药物的处方比例比较合理,不合格处方占抽查处方总数的5.2%。结论通过处方点评,及时发现存在问题,以提高临床合理用药。
Objective To summarize the evaluation of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and the rationality of drug use so as to improve clinical rational drug use. Methods On the basis of the classification, statistics, analysis of the data of 2012 conform to The hospital evaluation and management （for Trial Implementation） to make a summarize investigation about the evaluation of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Results On the whole, we do a relativdy good job. The percentages of encounters with prescribed antibiotics were rational, the rates of unqualified prescriptions were 5.2%. Conclusions To find out the existing problems so as to improve clinical rational drug use by outpatient prescriptions comment.
